Winter Rate

November 15 to April 30        $840.00 per night

Summer Rate

May 1 to November 14           $690.00 per night

Holiday Season

December 20 to January 5    $1440.00 per night

All prices are quoted US and are nightly. Rates include the 10% Goverment tax and 10% Service Charge.

Our Policies

Payment:
50% deposit at time of reservation and balance due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
Refund if cancelled prior to 60 days of arrival.
No refund if cancelled within 60 days of arrival.

Payments my be made by certified bank check, wire transfer, Visa or Mastercard.

Check In Time: 3 p.m.
Check Out Time: 12 nn
No refunds for Christmas/New Years reservations.
